Dr Tang Liszen is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academia. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2009 before completing his specialist training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Hong Kong in 2015. Over the years, he has served as a surgeon at Hospital USM, a visiting consultant in private practice, and a lecturer at USM’s School of Dental Sciences. His areas of expertise cover a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions, with particular interests in orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, complex extractions, temporomandibular joint disorders, and oral pathology. Known for his precision and commitment to patient care, Dr Tang combines advanced surgical skills with a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring both functional and aesthetic outcomes for his patients.
Datuk Dr Kalaiarasu holds a Master’s Degree in Paediatric Dentistry from the University of London, England and completed the CCST(UK) training at The Barts and London Hospital, England. He obtained the Intercollegiate Membership in Paediatric Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh, as well as the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He has more than 30 years of specialist practice experience and holds academic appointments in paediatric dentistry.
